Located on the first floor of the Heirloom building, we have 3 distinctly designed commercial kitchens that will serve as the backdrop for the Heirloom Cooking School. We intentionally designed each kitchen to function like a chef's kitchen, but to feel like a well-loved home...each with it's own personality and inspiration. Each kitchen's design sets the tone for the recipes and stories we share in each session.

Mississippi Kitchen


Designed to feel like you're stepping into your grandmother's kitchen, the Mississippi Kitchen captures the warmth, simplicity, and comfort of a well-loved Southern home. Every detail—from the layout to the atmosphere—evokes the kind of coziness found in kitchens across Mississippi, where family recipes are handed down and memories are made.


Here, we'll be teaching classic staples like biscuits with tomato gravy and the art of making the perfect cornbread in a cast iron skillet—just the way our mothers and grandmothers taught us. These are the recipes we grew up on, lovingly perfected and preserved to share with generations to come.

The largest of our three kitchens, the Mississippi Kitchen features four fully equipped cooking stations, each with a Viking signature 30-inch dual fuel range. Be ready to be inspired by the chef's demo area's stunning 60 inch Viking Dual Range and the custom Scotsman white oak island and countertops. With space for up to 16 participants, it’s the ideal setting for hands-on learning, storytelling, and Southern culinary traditions.
Retro Kitchen


Bright and colorful, the Retro kitchen is a time machine transporting us back to a post-war era. We incorporated playful nostalgia into every detail, complete with custom American Cherry countertops and workstations by Scotsman USA. We intentionally designed The Retro Kitchen to host cooks of all ages - all four cooking stations are powered by the Viking Induction Technology.


By utilizing magnetic power, the induction ranges safely delivers professional power and efficiency. With space for 12 participants, it's the perfect backdrop to teaching classic favorites like cookie and omelet making classes that will be fun for the whole family.

European Kitchen


Inspired by the warmth of Italian farmhouses, the elegance of French kitchens, and the rustic simplicity of English countryside cooking, every detail is designed to transport guests across the continent—one dish at a time.

Surrounded by luxurious Scotsman walnut countertops and work stations, is a state-of-the-art, 66-inch Viking range. These professional-grade work spaces and appliances allow us to teach everything from delicate sauces to hearty roasts with the same authenticity and technique you'd find in Europe's finest kitchens.
